The 15-Minute Focus



The 15-Minute Focus™ is a great tool to help you and your partner touch base on your relationship, share feelings, etc. We recommend couples do this exercise at least once a week. Here are some ideas to start the conversation:

  2. Is there anything I can do for you this week? 

  3. What’s your favorite way to show/get affection?

  4. What makes you feel most insecure in this relationship?

  5. What makes you feel most loved in this relationship?

  6. Are we having enough/too much sex?

  7. What is the best way for me to encourage you?

  8. If we could just drop everything and do something fun, what would it be? 

  9. What are the values we most want to live out in our family/relationship? 

  10. What goals would you like to accomplish in our relationship in the next year?

  11. Which couples' relationships do you admire and why?

  12. How do our parents' relationships affect our relationship? 

  13. What fears do you wrestle with the most? 

  14. What steps can we take as a couple to stay connected?
